WARNING! The connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician, paying particular attention to the protective grounding of the device. The auger conveyor is connected to the plug on the pellet burner. It is imperative that the burner be supplied through an emergency thermostat set to not more than 105 C and measuring the temperature of the combustion chamber. The power cord should have a cross section of not less than 3x1 mm2.
Starting the burner:
For normal operation of the heating system and in terms of safety before the burner is switched on, it is imperative to check that the circulator is correctly plugged into the mains. If a room thermostat is connected to the heating system, it must be set to a higher ambient temperature. Make the necessary temperature settings (maximum switch-off and minimum switch-on) according to the customer's needs, as well as check or change some of the manufacturer's recommended parameters (accessible to them). The pellet burner can be started when mounted to a corresponding heater (built-in combustion chamber, boiler or stove) that is connected to a chimney providing sufficient thrust, tension is supplied and pellets are fed through the auger conveyor. When the burner is ready to start, press the Start / Stop button and hold it for about 2-3 sec. It switches on in blow mode after cleaning the pellet burner delivers the required ignition dose. When the required quantity of pellets is supplied, the auger stops and the ignition heater is switched on with the fan, so the "LIGHT" mode is started.
The operation of the burner is monitored by a photo sensor. Once the photosensor detects a burn, it sends a signal to the next BRAD mode. After the set burner set time has elapsed, it goes into the "BURN" mode. Upon reaching the set maximum water temperature, the pellet burner stops operating while staying in the "READY" mode. and waits to reach a set minimum temperature to turn on again.
- If the set room temperature is set to decrease during operation, the burner will turn off;
- If the set temperature of the room thermostat is raised during the rest, when the temperature reaches the burner, the burner will be switched on according to the described algorithm;
- If the burner control is not connected to a room thermostat, the burner will stop and start when the maximum and minimum temperatures are reached, which are set according to the customer's needs;
- If the pellets do not start, a new attempt will be made to ignite them;
- If the photosensor does not record a burner during operation, the burner will turn off and will display "FAN";
- If the attempts to overheat, for example when the fuel (pellet) is failed, the pellet burner is switched off and switches to the "ACCIDENT" mode, which signals to the user that there is no need to interfere with the cause;
- When the power supply is cut off and the burner is restarted, the burner is started automatically;
